“Then I Met You Cleansing Balm is a duo oil cleanser that comes with both oil balm and a soothing tea cleansing gel”. The Cleansing Balm combines a blend of grape seed, olive and sea-berry oils. These oils have anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits and are very nourishing for the skin. Grape seed oil especially, not only nourishes but also gently removes oil based impurities. With its lovely aroma, this balm leaves your skin feeling soft and clean.

The Soothing Tea Cleansing gel is a sulphate free cleanser formulated with PHAs and tea tree (which both have anti oxidant benefits) to clear pores and prevent breakouts. Tea tree leaf has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects and is known for its gentle treatment for acne prone skin.

Sade also talks about the Coco and Kind oil to milk cleanser. “I’m all for clean beauty and Coco and Kind nails it when it comes to identifying ingredients that keep your skin on it’s best behaviour”. It’s a gentle oil cleanser which transforms into milk on contact with water, allowing on easy rinse off, removes dirt and makeup without stripping your skin of moisture and leaves the skin soft, replenished and clean. “This oil to milk cleanser is a new product that I’ve grown to love. It’s perfect for removing makeup too”.

We’re in a time where masks have become an important part of our daily lives and as much as they protect us, they can also be harsh on our skin, especially for people who are acne prone. “Since being subject to wearing a mask most days, my skin has gotten extremely dry around my nose and mouth area, so oil based cleansers have been keeping these areas moisturised when my mask seems to suck out all of the dewiness”. Sweats, oil and makeup being covered with a mask can clog your pores and cause you to breakout, which is why oil cleansers come in handy at times like this.
