Ozoza offers multiple shipping options to ensure your items reach you in good condition and in good time. Our shipping options vary based on the delivery address, the time orders are placed and availability of items (i.e pre-orders or custom orders).
NIGERIA – Standard shipping times for deliveries within Nigeria is 3 – 5 business days.
OUTSIDE NIGERIA – For deliveries outside Nigeria we offer multiple shipping options including DHL, FedEx, and Airport/Store Pick-up (for certain countries). Delivery times may vary depending on the item and specific country, however we estimate 6 – 10 business days for international delivery. RETURNS
At Ozoza, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us within 7 days detailing your concerns along with a proof of payment and we’ll guide you through a return process.
Please note we do not offer exchanges, only returns. Returns are only available for items that are unused and in the same condition as received. Sale of custom items and/or art pieces are final and can not be returned. Shipping costs, including any international custom fees/charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
