Apple Pie
A simple desert recipe.
INGREDIENTS
250g of flour
125g salted butter
1 egg
50g sugar
10cl of milk
Apples
PROCEDURE
For the crust :
Mix 250g of flour with 125g soft salted butter.
Add an egg, 50g sugar and 10cl of milk.
Make a ball and keep in the fridge over night.
The next day, roll it out.
Peel and chop thin apple slices and display them nicely in a rose.
Sprinkle with some sugar and bits of butter.
Bake at 200° for 30 mins and eat warm.
